We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to handle administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documents, and assisting with routine office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Process and input data into company systems accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with invoice processing, report preparation, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and multitasking abilities.
